In a series of interviews of local Eastern Shore residents in 1983, Salisbury University students and teachers collected folk life material. For this project, David Spradlin decided to base his collection on the myth around "Black Aggie." He interviewed several people who had seen and/or challenged the myth in their teenage years. He also included newspapper clippings explaining the story behind this statue. Tape enclosed.
